Cannabis Legality and Tax Map

Click Here to view the up-to-date cannabis legality & tax map. The map includes all 50 states, DC and Puerto Rico. There are three layers to the map, all of which appear visible and must be unchecked to view them individually. This can be done through the icon in the top right.

The first layer shows the legal status of cannabis in any given state. Hovering over individual states will show the legal status and tax rate. The second and third layers show the dollars paid in taxes on a hypothetical $200 ounce of cannabis purchased at an authorized retailer.
